Canon- Corporate Headquarters
Petretti & Associates is currently providing on-going Construction Management services at Canon’s Corporate Headquarters in Long Island, New York. Overall Responsibilities include the management of all of Canon’s direct-contract vendors, including furniture, A/V, security, telecom, fitness center, cafeteria, non-code signage, showroom, training center and print center.
Boston Properties- 510 Madison
Work on this project includes a new conference room and executive office space, complete with new air conditioning units, wet tap, 10ft glass partitions, full frame wood doors and broadloom carpet.
Merrill Lynch - Private Wealth Management Offices
Petretti & Associates provided complete construction management services for 85 sites throughout the northeast United States (New Jersey to Maine). Our responsibilities included site survey and existing condition reports, cost proposals and coordination with Merrill’s security and IT vendors and finally implementation of all work. These upgrades focused on the installation of access control and CCTV to all entrance and perimeter doors, NER and cashier rooms and included all necessary architectural trade work, performed during nonstandard hours.
Once approved, permitted and on a strict deadline for completion, the most critical aspect of the assignment was the coordination of multiple vendors encompassing seven crews across eight states. Naturally, all work was completed on time.
Bank of America – Retail Branches
Petretti & Associates provided complete construction management services for 210 sites throughout the northeast United States (New Jersey to Maine). Our responsibilities included site survey and existing condition reports, cost proposals and coordination with the bank’s branch managers and the bank’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC. The upgrades included everything from miscellaneous architectural work to new HVAC systems and roofs. All projects were completed by using multiple crews working across all eight states simultaneously.
