Lawrence Petretti President
With over 40 years of experience in all phases of interior construction, Larry has managed hundreds of projects throughout the greater tri-state area. From small start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, these projects range anywhere from 5,000 to 1 million square feet. His diversified experience and understanding of construction complexities make him a valued resource to clients worldwide. Larry appreciates the value of a quality education and believes in helping those in need. He holds a position on the Advisory Board of Pencils of Promise, a for-purpose organization that builds schools and educates children across the world.
Accomplished in all aspects of project management from bidding to punch list, Nick has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. He’s worked on the Client side, the Owner’s Representative side and the General Contracting side of the business, bringing a plethora of knowledge to meet the demands of any project. Nick is the liaison between Petretti & Associates, the subcontractor community and the client, responsible for ensuring successful project completion in line with the project’s budget and schedule. He leads the assigned staff in day-to-day construction operations including trade coordination, the submittal process and interfacing with the design team.

As Executive Vice President Dave plays an important role in the executive leadership of Petretti & Associates. He is responsible for maximizing operational performance and financial success of the company. Dave manages our client relationships and is greatly involved in developing, managing and mentoring project teams. With over 15 years experience in the New York and Connecticut market combined and a degree in construction management, he is well versed in all aspects of interior construction. Dave’s work in Stamford, Norwalk and Greenwich has contributed greatly to the reinforcement of the Petretti brand in the Connecticut market.

As Chief Operating Officer of Petretti & Associates, Joe is a leader in maintaining strategic objectives, corporate vision and tactical planning of the firm. He provides day-to-day direction and management that reflects our mission and core values. He helps build and motivate high performance teams and is involved in recruiting, retaining and mentoring team members. Joe is responsible for developing and maintaining our customer base and works with our project executives and management teams to promote exceptional service and client retention, satisfaction and longevity.
Vidya Verasami Vice President of Administration
Vidya has over 10 years experience working in several facets of the construction industry from field operations to cost engineering. She holds a bachelors degree in computer technology from DeVry Institute of Technology and is currently working on her MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management. As VP of Administration, Vidya is responsible for working as part of the management team to align corporate strategy with daily operations including management of general and administrative expenses, human capital functions, vendor procurement and technology.
Sharda Torres Accounting Supervisor
As Accounting Supervisor, Sharda oversees the accounting department functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
She provides timely and accurate financial reports and analysis throughout all phases of our projects and performs periodic reviews with the project team to help identify cost variances and adjust budgets accordingly. To ensure quality control, she documents business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
