Joe has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He is a leader in maintaining strategic objectives, corporate vision and tactical planning of the firm. Joe provides day-to-day direction and management that reflects our mission and core values. He is responsible for developing and maintaining our customer base and works with our team to promote exceptional service, client retention and longevity.
Vidya Verasami EVP Administration
Vidya began her professional journey in construction 20 years ago as a Field Assistant. Over the years, she has successfully navigated various aspects of the business. As a key member of the executive team, she oversees the daily operations and administration of the company. She handles several aspects of the business, including human resources, compliance-risk management, financial performance management, stakeholder communications, strategic planning and operational oversight.

Ted is responsible for overseeing all work and providing whatever corporate resources are required to attain the best time and cost efficiencies. By focusing on individual’s specific strengths and expertise, he strategically assigns a team to suit each project’s unique needs. A major part of Ted’s role is building and maintaining relationships with clients and building managers, and assuring them that the Petretti team will remain focused.
