Joe provides day-to-day direction and management that reflects our mission and core values. He is responsible for developing and maintaining our customer base and works with our team to promote exceptional service, client retention and longevity.

Dave Ward  EVP

As Executive Vice President Dave plays an important role in the executive leadership of Petretti & Associates. He is responsible for maximizing operational performance and financial success of the company. Dave manages our client relationships and is greatly involved in developing, managing and mentoring project teams. With over 20 years experience in the New York and Connecticut market combined and a degree in construction management, he is well versed in all aspects of interior construction. Dave’s work in Stamford, Norwalk and Greenwich has contributed greatly to the reinforcement of the Petretti brand in the Connecticut market.

Vidya Verasami EVP Administration

Vidya has over 20 years experience working in several facets of the construction  industry from field operations to cost engineering. She holds a bachelors degree in computer technology from DeVry Institute of Technology and is currently working on her MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management. As EVP of Administration, Vidya is responsible for working as part of the management team to align corporate strategy with daily operations including management of general and administrative expenses, human capital functions, vendor procurement and technology.

Ted Woods EVP

Ted is responsible for overseeing all work and providing whatever corporate resources are required to attain the best time and cost efficiencies. By focusing on individual’s specific strengths and expertise, he strategically assigns a team to suit each project’s unique needs.  A major part of Ted’s role is building and maintaining relationships with clients and building managers, and assuring them that the Petretti team will remain focused. Ted's 20 years of industry experience, discipline and attention to detail maker him a valuable asset to our executive team.

Chris Shaw Accounting Manager

Chris has extensive accounting experience in the construction industry and handles the management and supervision of the accounting department. He oversees financial operations, implements cost-effective strategies, and ensures compliance with accounting regulations. Chris has a proven track record of improving financial processes which in turn optimizes budget allocation and enhances profitability. His strong leadership and communication skills guide Chris to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
