Our team has been present at Shippan Landing for the past two years and has completed 18 projects encompassing over 400,000 square feet total. This includes the facility’s entrance, new signage, guard house, landscaping, lobbies for 208, 250 and 262 Harbor Drive, green court, restrooms, mock offices, tenant office space, transformer enclosure, parking lot, storefront of 232 Harbor Drive and additional Infrastructure work.
